A full Maintenance & Warranty Manual will be prepared for the Clients future reference and information which will cover all of the Electrical, Data, Communications, Mechanical, Fire & Hydraulics Services. Also including equipment and furniture warranties and guarantees. All supplier and sub-contractor contact details will be listed along with certification of the project.
