Programming

Total project programming will be undertaken to track progress incorporating both on and off site activities and critical hold points and targets in keeping with the Project’s priorities.

A well detailed program identifies the coordination of trade contractors, long lead time items, specific finishes for a timely incorporation in to the project works.

Regular programs will be issued at the nominated Site and Project Team meetings for discussion and monitoring.
