Site Management

Site will be established by the Site Manager who will be supervising the works on a Full Time basis as and when required.

Primarily, the Site Managers role is the coordination of sub-contractors to carry out the works whilst minimizing the affect on the surrounding tenancies environment and business efficiency.

Materials Handling and Access will be programmed and coordinated in adherence with Building Management.

Weekly Sub-contractor Meetings will be held to maintain a high level of communication. This allows issues to be raised and dealt with in a timely fashion to maintain the project program.
