On acceptance of our tender all sub-contractor orders and contracts will be let as efficiently as possible to allow immediate consolidation of materials and resources for the project.

During construction we will continue to identify any cost savings that may arise as works progress.

Our cost administration and reporting system facilitates accurate tracking of sub-contractor progress payments, agreed variations, forecast costs & monthly progress claims.

Sense Projects has built a Cost Administration System which ensures clarity of budgets, cost allocations and forecast costs to be reviewed and tracked to ensure the project is completed in a cost effective manner.
