Delivery Methods

Fixed Lump Sum
A Fixed Lump Sum Cost will be tendered based on a set design and program, which will include the ordering of all materials, labour, sub-contractors, preliminaries, site and project management required to complete the project.

Design & Construct
Also known as a “turn key” solution. We will work closely with the Client and Architect to create a design concept and mature those ideas to a construction design, manage the budget and programming aspects to the Clients requirements and then oversee the successful construction of the project with certification from the relevant council.

Construction Management
A Construction Management method is a transparent cost reporting solution for those Clients who wish to take more of a role in the project. Trade costs are sought from the market and are presented to the Client for review and appointment. We will facilitate their engagement with the Client directly and supervise them through the construction phase as required.
