This A-grade office building located at 400 George Street is located at the premium end of the CBD near Martin Place, the building is close to major public transport links and arterial roads as well as the cream of Sydney’s cafes, restaurants, bars, parks and retail amenities such as Pitt Street Mall, The Strand Arcade and the QVB. Sense Projects were engaged by Eastview Commercial on behalf of Investa to carry out the lower ground floor new end of trip facilities works. The project involved new offices, new shower & corridor facilities, new bicycle rack area, as well as an upgrade of the existing bathroom & shower facilities.

The new shower & corridor works included complete demolition of the existing Investa management office, CBD storage area and CBD storage box area. This space allowed for the establishment of the new End of Journey Facilities which included the installation of new toilet cubicles, new shower facilities, interlocking change rooms, lockers & timber benches to the changing areas, shelving, robe hooks in change area, bathroom & showers, airing cupboard and fresh locker station cupboard, ironing board facilities and all associated services. The new bicycle area included paint marked walk-way leading up to bicycle rack, new timber slat walls to exterior of bicycle area, painting to bicycle room floors, installation of timber slated doors, installation of bicycle parking cradles and the installation of bicycle parking slides. The existing bathroom and shower facility received a full upgrade as per the new shower facilities.
