PROJECT DESCRIPTION
AMP Services Limited required their existing fire stairs to be used for inter-floor access that complied with all relevant Australian codes and regulations. This needed to be achieved with the existing handrail to remain in place, whilst also allowing 24/7 emergency exits for all tenants, all within their iconic heritage listed building.

The brief was tough, though Sense Projects early participation in the concept through to, methodology, risk management, construction and final certification proved to be a great success.
