PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Sydney Central Building is managed by Knight Frank, who required the upgrade and refurbishment of all the base building amenities to 15no. levels, which included Male & Female Toilets, Showers, Accessible Toilets, Tea Rooms & Lift Lobbies. The project is staged with 3 levels completed in each stage. Working in a high traffic, high occupancy environment has required significant flexibility, tenant consultation and the enforcement of diligent work processes with all contractors to ensure a successful outcome for all parties.
