and hotel fit out industry. Their complementary experience in Site Management and Project Management means they can offer
excellent leadership to both staff and clients

BRETT EICHHORN started his trade as a carpenter in the fit out refurbishment industry with Lend Lease back in 1990. Since then has worked in Project Management and Site Management within the fitout and refurbishment industry and has been involved in a range of projects from $30M 5 star hotel refurbishments to 10 floor office fit outs through to office refurbishments in occupied spaces. His career experience within this niche market is invaluable for both his clients and Sense Projects.

KRISTIAN KELLY started in the Residential sector and moved into the Interior Fitout and Refurbishment Area soon after. Kristian holds a degree in Bachelor of Applied Science – Construction Management and since 2000, he has been involved with and managed fitout projects throughout all industry areas including the Commercial Office, Retail & Hotel sectors. His strength in communication, attention to detail and organizational skills make him an effective Project Manager.
